Responsibilities
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for...
- Proactively managing debtor accounts to ensure timely payment
- Monitor aged debt reports, identify risks, and escalate concerns in line with internal procedures
- Support the implementation and monitoring of payment plans wheere necessary
- Be a part of billing procedures, such as invoicing, monthly billing cycles, and reconciliations
- Deal with queries in a professional manner
Requirements
As a Credit Controller, you will need...
- Previous experience in Credit Control
- Excel and Accounting systems knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
