Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for...
- Processing high-volumes of invoices in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
- Match purchase orders, delivery and invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Support month-end processes including accruals and reporting
Requirements
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will need...
- Previous experience in a finance role
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of accountancy software, preferably Xero
- Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email
