A rapidly growing company with an office close to Harlow is looking for an FP&A Analyst to provide immediate support to the company whilst assisting with budget planning & control, supporting strategic business decisions, forecasting, long term planning & implementing dashboards. A huge opportunity to develop your skillset with a hands-on manager, play a key role in the growth of the business and implement key financial planning & budgeting processes.
Responsibilities:
As a FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Prepare and help develop detailed reports including testing and error correction.
- Manage complex data to provide insights that can help inform decision making by presenting this information in a clear and concise manner.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance data integrity and deliver more efficient reporting outputs.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process including submission review, aggregation and reporting with highlights from analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs, implement process enhancements to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy whilst deliver solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Assist with budgeting/forecast processes, including managing workflows, communications and data gathering/ consolidation
- Preparation of monthly Management Information pack for internal & external stakeholders
Requirements:
As a FP&A Analyst, you will need:
- Prior experience in financial analysis whether this is your main job role or part of
- Competency in handling large volumes of data
- Strong excel skills
- Capability to deliver quality outputs under time pressure within deadlines
- Willingness to learn and not afraid to make suggestions/improvements
