Molly graduated from UEA with a Marketing and Management degree in 2022 and is our Marketing Executive at Rutherford Briant Recruitment . Molly supports and implements the key marketing strategies within the business, as well as driving our brand forward, whilst expanding her knowledge of marketing.
Molly has always had a passion for marketing so much so that, during the 2020 lockdown, Molly established her own social media marketing start-up business and ran this alongside her studies at university. She helped companies with their social media marketing strategies, along with creating content for her clients to post over their social media platforms.
Outside of work
During her spare time, Molly loves to spend time with her family, boyfriend, friends and, of course, her 2 cats Oscar and Simba. Molly also loves to travel and enjoys trips to the theatre!
