I have worked for a few companies before and not had the same attentive approach from the SLT. I’ve always been driven to develop, learn new skills but had to ask for opportunities or request meetings to talk about progression. At RBR that’s not the case, we have set weekly meetings, monthly plans and quarterly GRID reviews where you always feel you have a clear goal and you know where you are in terms of progression.
