A Top 10 Practice are looking for a Technical Senior Manager to join their team, if you can see yourself in an environment with an exciting and constantly fresh workload, then this role is for you! You will be one of five people in the team delivering a number of key services to a consistently high standard and working closely within the team to achieve this, sharing knowledge and expertise.

They are a growing team playing a pivotal role in audit quality and have a control over audit methodology within the ISA framework. You will support teams with a variety of financial reporting issues, and provide direct involvement in pre issuance technical reviews on listed company finance statements.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Senior Manager, you will…
  • Provide UK GAAP, IFRS and audit technical support and training.
  • Help to develop and implement audit methodology, work closely with partners and staff to ensure that it drives audit quality across all offices.
  • Research emerging technical issues, produce practical written guidance and evaluate current processes in light of new requirements.
  • Ensure consistently high quality by performing both hot and cold file review.
