I recently joined Rutherford Briant having previously been in a large agency for over 6 years. The biggest difference for me is culture, everyone is supportive and wants everyone else to succeed around them. There is also a real autonomy to my work, no core hours, no KPI tracking – just me being supported to go and be the best I can be.
